We’re a little late announcing the final keynote speaker for Brave New World, the 2014 AMOSSHE conference – but we hope you’ll agree that it was worth the wait! AMOSSHE is delighted and excited that Paralympic athlete Bethany Woodward will give the opening keynote address on Thursday 17 July.
Among her many other achievements so far, Bethany won silver and bronze medals for Team GB at the London 2012 Paralympic Games. Bethany is generously taking time from her training schedule for the 2014 Commonwealth Games to speak at Brave New World because she has taken a keen interest in the event and wants to inspire the work of student services professionals supporting students with disabilities.
